If both your paternal and maternal grandfathers lost their hair at an early age, then the chances of you (if you are a male) losing your hair early are increased too.Coping with sudden thinning of your hair and hair loss is not easy. Many of us pride ourselves with the look and feel of a full, healthy head of hair and hair loss can bring on a lack of confidence and low self esteem, much anxiety and depression can be felt too. In more extreme cases, severe paranoia can develop which can lead to the onset of more serious mental health issues.But all is not lost. Whilst many men who start to lose their hair from an early age, do so without giving it much thought. They simply cut their hair short and see it as part of "life". But for women who lose their hair due to stress or a medical condition, it can be much more debilitating for them.
